Natalie has been trying to make her dreams of becoming a sucessful architect come true in New York City. She also doesn't believe that rom-coms are realistic. One day, she getts mugged on the subway and is knocked out. When Natalie wakes up, everything around her has changed, and she soon realizes her life is a cheesy rom-com.
Confused by this sudden change, Natalie has to dodge all the stereotypical situations since she is now the star in her own romantic comedy. She goes through many challenges to fall in love. All these hardships are meant to give her a happily ever after, so she can go back to her normal life.
Isn't It Romantic is an amazing movie with an outstanding cast. It does a great job at mocking the cliche plot of a romantic comedy. I think that the lead characters were hilarious. Rebel Wilson especially did an amazing job with her one-liners and quirky scenes. I would reccomend this movie to anyone looking for a good laugh.
